Transit of Venus across the Sun can be seen only twice per 130 years. For the first time in our millennium this effect took place on 8^th June 2004. Next occurence will be on 6^th June 2012 but in Europe, we won't be able to see it. Thus next opportunity will be given to us in 22^nd century.
